- Dustcheck systems use compressed air to remove the particulate from the outer surface of the filter and maintain even airflow during the whole operation of the system.
Jet cleaning is a high energy back flushing system using compressed air, operating at 4-6 Bar and directing dust away from the element to minimise re-entrainment. Specifically designed jets to suit each filter size use the compressed air efficiently and maximise the cleaning effectiveness.
Wing cleaning systems usually operate between 3-4 Bar, in many cases a damper is included to automatically isolate the section of the filter element which is being cleaned. This is ideal for deep pleated elements and for difficult dusts. The advantages of this system are offstream cleaning, longer filter life and quiet operation.
- Mechanical Shake
For applications where the operation is intermittent, there is no compressed air and for light, free-flowing dust loads. A built in controller will automatically initiate the shaking of the bags when the unit is switched off.
