DustCheck® is the most comprehensive air contamination monitoring system available today. DustCheck® measures more air contamination properties than any other system, including:

Property

Description

Possible Sources

Volume This is the total volume of air particulate and an important indicator of air cleanliness.
Fine Dust Particles where the length of the minor axis is smaller than 10 microns. smoke,  glass fibers, asbestos, exhaust fumes.
Fibers   Glass fibers, zinc whiskers, tin whiskers,  asbestos, textiles, hair
Biological Total volume of biological particles. bacteria, mold, spores
VOC VOC (volatile organic compounds) contained in particles. wood preservatives, cleaning chemicals, solvents, Toxic industrial chemicals (TICs) and chemical warfare agents (CWAs).
Radioactivity Total amount of alpha, beta, and gamma radiation. nuclear power plants, radon, medical equipment.
Chlorides Corrosive chlorides (salt). smoke, chemicals, acids

How DustCheck® works:

Calibrated samplers, collect air particles from the ambient air using electrostatic attraction. Samplers are analyzed in our state of the art laboratory in Zurich, Switzerland. Test reports are securely and anonymously downloaded from our website using the ID and Password provided.

You are alerted to air contamination by comparing your test results to the following benchmarks:

1) Normal Range (based on average test results from the DustCheck® data-base).

2) Earlier test results from the same sampling location.

3) Test results from other sampling locations at your facility.

The DustCheck® test report* shows the average daily index of specific air particle parameters:
